Pearce Heat and Air was founded in 1972 by Jim and Sharon Pearce. Concentrating mainly on heating & cooling systems for new construction in the Conway area, Pearce Heat and Air became known as a company providing quality HVAC installations well above what was typically available. Jim and Sharon knew no other way than to treat customers with respect and provide the highest quality in everything that you do. Through the years, the word spread and Pearce began performing expanded services with the same basic values of respect, fairness and nothing but the highest quality in everything they do.
In 2004, Jim and Cathy Fossitt acquired the company and continued on with the same core values. Jim’s background is in engineering and industrial refrigeration. Jim Pearce stayed on board for 10 years, and Sharon continues to work in the office every day with her own high standards for quality and customer service.
We’re “old fashioned” in the sense that we respect our customers, treat them fairly, work hard and provide a very high-quality customer experience. We have the same core values that were common years ago:quality, respect, and integrity. HVAC technology has come a long way but the core values stay the same.
