Had to have our Heat and Air unit replaced and Paulino with Pearce came out and did a fantastic job. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend Pearce for any Maintenance or AC Replacement. Very happy overall with the work they did and the equipment they helped us choose to go with.

We called Pearce Heating and Air when our home warranty service could not find someone to respond to our request. Daniel, their on call technician, was quick to respond (even on a Saturday), actually listened to us, and found the issue in a short period of time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, communicated what was going on and what needed to be done. We would recommend them to others.

What a pleasant experience. Brandon Bates arrived to repair my AC which went out over Labor Day weekend, and patiently looked at everything on the system. Several parts had reached the end of their cycle and he explained every step of what he was doing AND stayed until it was completely repaired even though it went late into the evening. I signed a new PMA with Pearce, and feel extremely confident that the equipment will be properly serviced and have an extended life cycle. Thank you so much!!

Our older A/C was running but not cooling. I called Pearce Heating and Air, they set up an appointment the same day. Brandon Bates did an excellent job!!! He was polite, patient, and explained everything he was doing or needed to do before doing it. He went over cost before doing anything and got us up and running. I cannot stress enough how helpful and patient Brandon was through this process.

Brandon Bates came to our home today to repair our AC system. He was on time, polite, attentive to every detail in side the house and outside of the house. He was patient when asked numerous questions and helped to clarify the problems. He even changed out the filters instead of telling me they needed to be changed. Pearce H&A did an absolutely fantastic job. From the time they came and gave us an estimate, helping us with the financial arrangements, and when they came to install it. The 2 young men who put it in spent from 5 to 6 hours of the 8 hours in the attic installing it. Outdoors temps was 98 degrees. The unit is very quiet running and is very cold inside the house. I have used Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning multiple times and have always been happy with the service. Most recently, it was David in the office that went out of his way to help me with an issue we were having with our unit. He contacted the unit manufacturer's rep due to a delay with a part we were waiting on and the rep was able to offer some support to help us stay cool in the meantime. With a pregnant wife and two small children in the house, that level of service was much appreciated!

Pearce Hearing and Air installed a Bosch unit outside my house. The first unit Bosch sent didn’t work. But Brandon B, one of Pearce’s technicians, identified the problem, and switched the units out in no time. I highly recommend this company, and I will use them again. And maybe consider asking for Brandon.

We installed two units on our new house. The technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. They were very helpful with any questions we had during installation. Great install and service! Quick responses to any questions or problems we’ve had since installation. The yearly maintenance plan is a must and worth the money to keep your units in tip top shape! We had one issue with one of the units but we had no issues with the claim or process. We can’t say anything bad about Pearce Heating and Air and will definitely use them on any future HVAC purchases we make! You can’t go wrong using them!

An air conditioner going out on a hot and humid day is enough to ruin a whole week, but Ryan and Cecil came out the NEXT day and took on the task head first! Pearce Heating & Air has been by far the best experience with HVAC services I have ever had! From Ryan and Cecil who installed my whole system today and didn’t leave until everything was working properly (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), to Jim who did the load inspection and help me choose the proper equipment for our needs. Then there was Daniel who came out first to maintain the system and found our compressor had gone out and gave me great advice on replacement. Finally, Heather in the office was super helpful and went out of her way to make additional calls to help me with financing! I already have a friend using Pearce on my recommendation and will send everyone I know there way. Top notch service, knowledgeable staff and just friendly people....what else do you need?

Scott B the service technician from Pearce came by today promptly at 8 AM as scheduled to perform the routine maintenance inspection of my central heating system. He was polite and respectful, he also wore the shoe protectors when he was inside. He identified an issue with the moisture collector pan in the attic and corrected it free of charge. I've always had good luck with Pearce and it's service like this that keeps me using them. Thanks Scott and have a great New Year

The complete process from getting a quote from Doug to the installation by Paolino and Ryan was wonderful. Everyone was respectful and knowledgable. Our AC system went out and Pearce had someone out within 2 hours of me calling. Paulino and Christian were very polite and professional, and tried very hard to get the system running, explaining everything as they went through the process. Turns out the entire system had to be replaced. Once again, Pearce sent someone out within an hour to work up prices for replacement, which were very reasonable. At the end of the day, we ended up using another company, but only because Pearce was covered up with work and the other company could get to it several days sooner. I would recommend Pearce to anyone in the Central Arkansas area for their prompt service and professional workers.

What great service and price. We wanted Carrier; they quoted us a price that was several hundred dollars (almost a thousand dollars!!) less than any of the other places we explored. The heating/air conditioning system were installed with minimum fuss and it works perfectly. We could not be happier with them or the systems they installed.

Pearce was very prompt when I asked for an estimate to replace my A/C and furnace. Then, when I decided to go with them they were available very quickly to do the work. Paulino, the gentleman who replaced the unit, was great! He was very professional and helpful. My parents use Pearce as well and they recommended them to me. I see why now. Great experience with the entire company!

We just installed a new heat pump and air conditioner unit and just LOVE it!!! It is so quiet that you don't even think it is on. I love how the unit thinks for itself. Yesterday, the air was running and this morning, the heater went on without being told when the temperature dropped. If you don't have a service provider, you need to contact them.
